Dr. Avinash Chopra

Dr. Avinash Chopra is an Assistant Professor of Management at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi NCR Campus, and holds a Ph.D. in Management from NIT Rourkela. His research and teaching expertise encompasses Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Employer Branding, Marketing Analytics, Organizational Behaviour, and AI-enabled management. He has published in reputed ABDC, Scopus, SSCI, and ESCI-indexed journals and has contributed to scholarly research through international conferences, book chapters, peer-review activities, and industry-sponsored research projects. His current research interests include AI and ethical decision-making, sustainable employment, employee well-being, green and circular intellectual capital, and data-driven management. As an educator, he adopts an analytics-driven, interdisciplinary approach to management education and is proficient in SEM, MCDM, bibliometric analysis, and contemporary data analytics tools. He also contributes actively to curriculum development, student mentoring, outcome-based education, academic administration, and institutional quality enhancement.
