Dr. Chiranjit Dutta

Dr. Chiranjit Dutta is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Dutta has made significant contributions to academia through teaching, research, academic administration and professional engagement. He has served on the Technical Program Committees, Review Committees and Organizing Committees of several reputed international conferences associated with leading academic and professional publishers and organizations, including IEEE, Springer and Elsevier. Dr. Dutta is actively associated with professional organizations such as IEEE, ACM, Computer Society of India (CSI), Institution of Engineers (India) (IEI) and Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence. He is a NPTEL Gold Medalist and Topper in the course Internet of Things and has also received the Best Academician Award at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus. His academic and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Deep Learning and related areas of Computer Science and Engineering. He has published more than 40 research papers in peer-reviewed international journals and conferences, including publications associated with IEEE, Elsevier, Wiley and Springer and has contributed to multiple patents. Dr. Dutta remains actively engaged in teaching, research, professional activities and academic development, with a continued focus on emerging technologies and their applications in solving real-world problems.
