Dr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta

Dr. Mahesh Kumar Gupta is an accomplished academician with over 13 years of experience in higher education, encompassing teaching, research, academic administration, accreditation, quality assurance, value-based education, and institutional development. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (2023) from SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, an M.Tech. from IIT Roorkee, and a B.Tech⁠. in Mechanical Engineering, reflecting a strong interdisciplinary foundation in engineering, management, and emerging technologies. He has delivered impactful teaching and mentoring to undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA students, teaching courses such as Project Management, Operations Management, Research Methodology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Engineering Management, while guiding 30+ undergraduate projects. Dr. Gupta has played a pivotal leadership role in institutional quality assurance and governance through IQAC coordination, NAAC Criterion management, AQAR preparation, NIRF submissions, and AICTE compliance. As UHV Coordinator and an AICTE-nominated UHV team member, he has led AICTE workshops, organized national and international conferences, and promoted ethical and holistic education. A prolific researcher with 40+ SCI/Scopus-indexed publications, reviewer and editorial board member, he has represented the institution at 50+ national academic forums and actively contributed to innovation, entrepreneurship, faculty development, and industry engagement.
