A highly versatile individual with Ph. D having 15 Years in-depth knowledge of teaching principles, research & development acumen and industrial experience with GATE Qualified, GPAT Qualified & CSIR-NET Qualified. Constructive team minded approach, learner’s attitude and avoiding repetition of mistakes are some of the key characteristics which I consider as my strength. My role is in academics, research and administration of the organization. My research area is Nano-particulate Drug Delivery Systems and Herbal Cosmeceuticals. My teaching philosophy is based on active learning involving teacher and students both. Every day is a new learning platform.
