Dr. Sarvendra Kumar

Dr. Sarvendra Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He has over 18 years of teaching experience and research experience in the field of Material Science, Computational Modeling, and Nano science. He has completed his M.Sc. in Physics from C.C. S. Univerity, Meerut in 2013, and received his Ph.D. in Physics from Amity Institute of Applied Sciences, Amity University Noida in 2019. Dr. Kumar’s research focuses on Computational Modeling, DFT, Material Science, Energy Storage, Optoelectronic Device, Nanogenerators, Nanotechnology and Thin Film and Nanomaterial synthesis. He also uses advanced tools such as TEM, SEM, FESEM and AFM, UV-vis spectroscopy. He is the life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and Indian Association of Physics Teachers. He has published 31 Research papers in international journals, 12 books, 2 book chapters, 10 Patents and attended many national and international conferences, seminars, FDPs and workshops and has taken part in various national and international training programs and scientific activities. Dr. Kumar is actively involved in teaching and research at academic and social level also continues to contribute to the field of Computational modelling material science, nano science, materials and nano technology
