Dr. Neha Gupta

Dr. Neha Gupta is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Jamia Hamdard and has qualified UGC-NET JRF/SRF in Commerce and UGC-NET in Management. She has also completed an Executive Programme in Applied Finance from IIM Lucknow. Her academic and research interests encompass Behavioural Finance, Financial Literacy, Individual Investment Behaviour, FinTech, Sustainable Finance, ESG investments, and AI-driven Financial Decision-Making. Her research contributions include publications in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, along with contributions to international conferences. Her teaching interests include Finance, Investment Management, Financial Markets, Financial Analytics and Business Analytics. She believes in integrating conceptual understanding, practical applications, analytical tools and research-oriented learning to develop critical thinking and industry-relevant competencies among students.
