About & Biography

I am Dr. Hemant Parashar, an academic and researcher with a strong interest in mathematics, particularly in areas involving Convection in fluids, heat and mass transfer, and rotation in fluids. My research focuses on Convection in fluids, heat and mass transfer, and rotation in fluids. My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, conceptual understanding, and active learning. I believe that mathematics should not be limited to memorizing formulas; students should understand the underlying logic and learn how to apply concepts to solve problems independently. I encourage an interactive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and developing critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. My aim is to make mathematics accessible, meaningful, and relevant while fostering curiosity and lifelong learning.
