An Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics with research interests in Mathematical Modelling, Biomathematics, and Infectious Disease Dynamics. My research focuses on the development, analysis, and application of Mathematical models to investigate the transmission and control of infectious diseases, with particular emphasis on environmental and demographic factors, stability and bifurcation analysis, and optimal control. I am also interested in data-driven and machine learning approaches for parameter estimation, prediction, and model-based decision-making. My teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and the integration of mathematical theory with real-world applications. I am committed to fostering an engaging learning environment and actively contribute to research supervision, academic mentoring, curriculum development, and other institutional responsibilities.
