About & Biography

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ghaziabad, with over 10 years of teaching and research experience in mechanical engineering, materials science, computational modelling, and smart manufacturing. My research focuses on the design and development of advanced multicomponent alloys, including high-entropy alloys and lightweight materials, using an integrated approach combining machine learning, CALPHAD, computational modelling, numerical simulation, and experimental techniques to develop high-strength, high-temperature, and sustainable materials. My teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual clarity, practical application, and active learning, where I connect fundamental engineering concepts with real-world industrial and research problems while encouraging students to develop problem-solving, computational, experimental, and critical-thinking skills through hands-on learning, projects, and research-oriented activities.
