The Department of CSE organized the 12th International Conference on Recent Trends in Computing (ICRTC-2024) on July 5-6, 2024, at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR campus, Ghaziabad, in collaboration with Springer Publications. This event served as a platform for researchers, scholars, delegates, and students to exchange knowledge and experiences in technological advancements.
ICRTC-2024 provided an international forum for discussing recent challenges in engineering and technology, fostering collaboration between academia and industry to share cutting-edge developments and innovative solutions addressing technical, societal, and commercial problems.
The HackHound Club of SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR campus, successfully hosted its annual 24-hour hackathon, HackHound 2.0, from April 5-6, 2024, with 250 participants from universities across India. The event promoted collaboration, teamwork, and innovation among diverse participants. Sponsored by Devfolio, Coding Blocks, Finlatics, ETHIndia, Polygon, and others, the hackathon offered a prize pool exceeding ?2.5 lakh. Esteemed judges, including Gunjan Madaan (Microsoft), Vaibhav Garg (SplashLearn), and Kartik Mathur (Coding Blocks), evaluated the projects. Team Infinity, Team Specnox, and Team FTB secured the first, second, and third positions, respectively.
