Dr. Minakshi Sanadhya

Dr. Minakshi Sanadhya is an assistant professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus, with over 16 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.Tech. in VLSI Design, securing First Rank. Her research interests include low-power VLSI design, adiabatic logic circuits, semiconductor technology, and IoT applications. She has published several research papers in international journals and conferences, contributed to a Springer book chapter, and holds published patents. She actively contributes to academic and extracurricular initiatives as the Faculty Coordinator of the Centre for Robotics, promoting hands-on learning, technical workshops, innovation, and student project development.
