I am Dr. Niharika Shukla, an Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Department of Language, Culture and Society at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Delhi-NCR Campus. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Lucknow, with research interests in anger management, self-regulation, and psychological well-being.
