IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures to:

  • Ensure timely, efficient, and progressive performance of academic, administrative, and financial tasks,
  • Create relevance and quality of academic and research programs
  • Differently-abled Scholarship
  • Provide equitable access to and affordability of the academic programs for the various sections of society
  • Provide optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning to the curriculum
  • Ensure credibility of the evaluation procedures
  • Ensure adequacy, maintenance, and functioning of the entire support structure and its services, and
  • Share research works and network with other institutions in India and abroad. and


Important Note:

  • Development and application of the quality benchmarks/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.
  • Facilitate the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and the maturation of the faculty to adopt the required knowledge and technology for a participatory process of teaching and learning.
  • Arrangement for a feedback mechanism and ensure its effectiveness through the participation of students, parents and other stakeholders on any quality-related institutional processes.
  • Disseminate information on the various quality parameters for higher education.
  • Organization of inter and intra-institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and the promotion of quality circles within the institution.
  • Documentation of the various programs/activities that lead to an improvement in quality.
  • Act as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating all quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of the best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of the institutional databases through MIS for the purposes of maintaining/enhancing institutional quality.
  • Development of a culture of quality in the institution.
  • Prepare an Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the guidelines and parameters of the NAAC, to be submitted to the NAAC.


IQAC will facilitate and contribute to:

  • Ensure heightened levels of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancements.
  • Ensure internalization of the quality culture.
  • Ensure enhancement and coordination amongst the various activities of the institution and institutionalize all good practices.
  • Provide a sound basis for decision-making that improves institutional functioning.
  • Act as a dynamic system for quality changes in the HEIs.
  • Build an organized methodology of documentation and for internal communications.
