Workshop on Enhancing Communication Skills of Non-Teaching Staff
On April 23, 2022, the Department of CDC and Placement organized a workshop to improve the communication skills of non-teaching staff. The purpose of the workshop was to provide participants insights on how to improve their communication skills. The key note speakers emphasised the importance of both verbal and written communication in the professional sector and in daily life. Effective communication helps our comprehension of others and our surroundings. It facilitates in overcoming differences, developing mutual respect and trust, and creating suitable conditions for exchanging innovative ideas and resolving challenges.
